Job Description
This role is based in San Antonio and will be dedicated to the HEB chain with buying team facing responsibilities
Position Responsibilities :
+ Serve as the external-facing liaison between internal category strategy and customer execution teams
+ Collaborate with retailers and sales teams to optimize space planning, assortment, and shelf presence
+ Leverage POS and syndicated data to identify gaps and opportunities across pricing, promotion, and feature performance
+ Deliver clear and compelling category performance reviews and executional recommendations to retailers and internal stakeholders
+ Build joint business plans with Sales and Supplier teams to drive performance within assigned categories
+ Other duties as assigned
