By joining the Operational Excellence team for the Core Consumables Category, you will work with Category teams to improve the quality of catalog, drive brand outreach so that our customers can easily discover our products on the marketplace. This role requires working with business teams across the company to provide data driven support - key to the success of the category profitability and best in class customer experience. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon’s reputation, delivering par excellence Customer Experience and making it the preferred choice for millions of buyers.
Key job responsibilities
-Review Amazon catalog for content quality (internal Data quality IDQ) based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience.
