**Position Purpose**
As a Casual Pool Specialist, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential and/or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role allows you to make a difference while choosing a schedule that fits your needs.
**What You Will Do:**
ā¢ Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.)
ā¢ Promote independence through person-centered plans
ā¢ Foster a positive, supportive environment
ā¢ Accurately document progress and observations
ā¢ Collaborate with team members and supervisors
ā¢ Participate in training and development
**Minimum Qualifications:**
ā¢ High School Diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Valid driverās license and ability to drive an organization vehicle
ā¢ Local travel and reliable transportation
ā¢ Act 33/34/73 Clearances
