Home Share Provider – Clearwater, B.C.
Yellowhead Community Services (YCS) is looking for an individual, couple, or family to act as a Home Share Provider for a social, easygoing, and good‑natured woman in her sixties who has diverse abilities and health challenges related to aging. The position is based in the Barriere or Clearwater area.
As a Home Share Provider, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to build life skills, assist with meal preparation, and help access community resources and services. You will encourage inclusion within the home and in the community through activities such as shared meals, hobbies, card games, local events, beach days, coffee outings, volunteering, and fostering connections with friends and peers.
