Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth, efficient and accurate monetary exchange.
• Assisting and providing helpful information to guests.
• Providing a friendly, fun, harmonious atmosphere for guests.
• Maintaining cage security and ensuring accuracy of various reports, including authorization forms, reconciliation of transactions and exchange summary reports.
• Starting cashier rotation in complete uniform and good personal hygiene.
• Accurately exchanging and recording monetary transactions at the cage.
• Operating the poker cage software.
• Implementing Cashier Department policies and procedures established by Metro management.
• Complying with department, card room, gaming regulatory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Abiding by and performing to the best of his abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities assigned by EMPLOYER in due course.
