Job Description

• Customer service: Greet customers, resolve complaints, and provide information
• Payment collection: Accept payments in cash, credit, or check, and provide change and receipts
• Record keeping: Track transactions, count the register drawer, and maintain records
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Can work with minimal supervision
