Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or concerns
• Scan items, enter prices into the cash register and process payments using various forms of tender
• Bag purchases and provide customers with accurate change when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Keep track of inventory levels and alert management when items need to be restocked
