Key Responsibilities:Handle high-value cash transactions accurately and securely. Generate customer bills and process payments through cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment modes. Verify customer invoices, discounts, and payment details before billing. Perform daily opening and closing of the cash counter as per company procedures. Reconcile cash, POS, and digital payment transactions at the end of each shift. Maintain accurate records of all cash receipts, refunds, exchanges, and billing transactions. Ensure proper custody and security of cash, cheques, and other valuable documents. Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Provide courteous and professional customer service during billing. Follow company policies, audit requirements, and internal financial controls. Report any cash shortages, excess cash, or suspicious transactions immediately to the management.
