Job Description

• A cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions in retail environments, restaurants, or other businesses. Their primary role is to process payments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth and accurate transaction process. Cashiers also help with maintaining the checkout area, managing cash drawers, and sometimes assisting with customer inquiries.


• Processing Transactions: Scan items or enter purchase details into the register, calculate totals, and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments).
