Job Description

• Processing Transactions: Accurately scan items, handle various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, e-wallets), and issue receipts.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, address inquiries about products, pricing, and store policies, and assist with locating items.
• Returns and Exchanges: Manage product returns and exchanges in line with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Cash Drawer Management: Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts, maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the checkout area tidy and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or cashier roles is advantageous but not always mandatory.
