Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily takings.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Assist with serving food and beverages when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cashier and service areas.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Address customer queries and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support the catering team during peak service periods.
- Assist with stock counts and basic administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
