Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
• Handle payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.
• Provide customers with change, receipts, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding areas.
• Ensure proper handling of customer complaints, returns, or exchanges, following store policies.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience (preferred).
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling cash and transactions.
