Description We are looking for a compassionate and resourceful Case Manager to support residents in San Francisco, California through a Contract position. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer and customer service abilities who can balance administrative responsibilities with in-person support in the community. The position focuses on helping formerly homeless adults maintain housing stability, access essential services, and improve overall quality of life through consistent engagement and advocacy.
