Job Description
Case Manager – ACTT‑SS
Position: 1‑Year Contract, full‑time, 35 hours per week. Evening hours and weekends may be required.
Salary: $56,444-68,429 per annum (starting salary based on experience).
Closing Date: July 31, 2026
Location: Alliston Office – 35 Victoria St E, Alliston ON L9R 1T3, with required travel within York Region and South Simcoe.
Competitive total compensation including salary, benefits, pension (HOOPP).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a client caseload in accordance with the Intensive Case Management Services Standards of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (October 2012).
- Familiar with signs and symptoms of trauma in clients and respond appropriately, including referrals and short‑term assistance.
