Job Description
**Position Overview**
The Carrier Relations Manager, Inbound Logistics will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Inbound Logistics Analyst. They will ensure that carrier partners are held accountable to service standards set in carrier contracts and SOP’s and ensure the operations run efficiently. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring best-in-class service levels are delivered by the carrier partners to ensure the results needed to drive the business.
**A Day In The Life**
+ Utilize established KPI standards to hold carriers accountable with regular engagement, quarterly business reviews and scheduled publication of Carrier Scorecard
+ Develop carrier training modules as needed to support carrier understanding of KPIs and score cards to improve the retention of incumbent carriers and the onboarding of new carriers
