As a key player in a dynamic transport team, you will manage carrier bookings in OPTIM and coordinate across trade lanes. Your responsibilities include instructing agents on contracts, developing allocation cards, and maintaining proactive communication with carriers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage virtual carrier bookings and related data in OPTIM
• Coordinate carrier allocations in line with contracts
• Instruct origin agents post cargo delivery confirmations
• Develop allocation cards utilizing DMP OPTIM
• Analyze reports and provide performance feedback to carriers
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Transport and Logistics
• 3 to 5 years of transport and logistics experience
