GENERAL SUMMARY:
Prepares, levels and paints surfaces. Performs various carpentry duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Is able to work in the following fields under general supervision.
· Carpentry – constructs, alters and repairs rafters, walls, doors, paneling, windows, furniture, trim and framing. Refinishes doors, woodwork and furniture with appropriate stain and varnish.
· Painting – applies paint by way of accepted coating methods, including preparation and leveling of surfaces.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
· Moving and storage of furniture – transports furniture and equipment from one location to another without damaging.
