Location: Bergen, Norway
Salary: 1800$ per month
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials required and the dimensions of the structure or fixture.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges.
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools, power tools, or machines.
- Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
- Install structures such as windowsills, doors, cabinets, stairs, or hardware using carpentry tools.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and working with various materials such as wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machines to cut and shape materials.
