Job Description
Hi there! We are a bustling, loving family of five looking for the perfect caregiver to help support our household. Our family includes two energetic boys and a helpful teenage daughter, so our home is always full of life, laughter, and a bit of a healthy chaos!
Dad (Carlos, 37) & Mom (Erika, 32): We both work busy schedules and are looking for a reliable partner to help keep our routine smooth and our kids safe and happy.
Lia (13): Our eldest daughter. She is highly independent, sweet, and largely does her own thing, but she loves her brothers and is a great presence around the house.
Carlos Jr. (7): Our sweet 7-year-old. Carlos is autistic, with some impairments in social communication and behavior. He is fully verbal and loves to interact in his own way! He is not yet toilet-trained, so a caregiver who is comfortable with diapering/pull-up changes and following a bathroom routine is a must.
