- Monitor and record the individual’s health and well‑being, ensuring medications are taken as prescribed and reporting any changes.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping to create a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and empathy.
- Ability to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance, and follow health and safety protocols.
