Become a pivotal Career Development Coordinator in Inuvik, supporting Gwich’in values and community partnerships. Deliver impactful career guidance and development programs for local Participants.
This full-time, permanent role focuses on administering career services aligned with Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. You will guide program design, meet reporting requirements, and support job search activities, while respecting core community values. Collaborate with Employers and organizations to foster effective career pathways for Participants.
