Job Description
Our client, a leading organization dedicated to workforce development and employment services, is seeking someone to join their team for a 2--month contract. As a Career Coach, you will be an integral part of the Workforce Development Department supporting individuals in achieving their employment goals.
**Job Title:** Tampa Career Coach ( On-site 2- month contract)
**Location:** Tampa, FL
**Pay Range: $18-$20/hr**
**Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm or 10:00 am - 7 pm ( occasional Saturday)**

+ Assist with the application and eligibility process. Manage the Application database while maintaining proper documentation.
+ Provide coaching to customers on program requirements, employment strategies, vocational training, and job search techniques.
