SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist clients with personal care tasks like, washing, dressing, eating, toileting etc * Perform light housekeeping tasks * Assist in safe lifting, transferring and re-positioning of clients * Observe, record and monitor clients emotional and physical well-being and promptly report changes to management * Observe, monitor and record clients physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff. * Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
