Essential

Criteria
  • Relevant qualification in Social Work, Allied Health, Community Services, nursing, or another accepted discipline under the Support at Home Manual. Registered or Enrolled Nurses must hold current AHPRA registration.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and work from the office as required
  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages/Support at Home, My Aged Care, and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Commitment to helping older people remain independent at home
  • Strong communication, planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and service providers
  • Current and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
