Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Care Manager (Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse) ensures quality of care delivery and is the primary manager responsible for day-to-day client/family relationships and care provided by Elizz by SE Health. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Care Manager supports driving business results through positive client/family experience and managing a team of frontline staff.
