Develop the overall fraud risk strategy for the Perk Pay Card Program.
Lead and coordinate all activities around fraud prevention and fraud operations for the Perk pay corporate card program.
Define, implement, and monitor risk policies and metrics to optimize authorization approval rates while minimizing fraud rates of our corporate card program.
Work in close collaboration with the Perk product and engineering teams and partners to implement adequate systems and tools that support these strategies.
Provide reports and insights to stakeholders and partners.
Lead a team of card operations specialists.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent knowledge of the payment authorization process via a global card network, such as Visa or Mastercard.
