Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a CAR‑T End‑to‑End Software Engineer to contribute to the technology platform that brings life‑saving CAR‑T cell therapies to patients across EMEA.
This role leads the design, development, and setup across the platform, including master data orchestration, agentic workflows, platform configuration, integration development, and asset localization. The Engineer designs, builds, and maintains the solutions that manage the master data flows, translating business needs into user stories, technical designs, and working software.
