Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 3–5 states and develop territory capture plans including ICPs and relationship maps
- Develop state-specific win strategies and translate market intelligence into qualified leads
- Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and pre-RFP requirement shaping conversations with agency stakeholders
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with state agency contacts, including CIOs and program directors
- Self-generate outbound materials, briefing packets, and demo assets using AI-native tools
- Surface opportunity signals such as budget shifts or personnel changes into the pipeline
