We’re Hiring: Captain/Steward Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in a premium restaurant, lounge, or bar. Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and cocktails. Excellent communication and guest-handling skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Well-groomed and customer-focused personality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the service team during operations. Ensure exceptional guest experience and personalized service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and suggest upselling opportunities. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant ambience are maintained. Monitor service quality, hygiene, and grooming standards.
