KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries to the full satisfaction of the guest.

  • Responsible for personal uniform and the uniform and conduct and presentation of his crew. Look after and maintain uniform.
  • Responsible for the preparation and cleanliness of his assigned vessel prior to departure.
