Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely communication with the kitchen team.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth and efficient food service.
• Provide attentive table service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and enquiries professionally and courteously.

Requirements

• Prior relevant experience in Front of House (FOH) in F&B Industry.
• Preferably working in a casual restaurant.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
