Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in speaking both Cantonese and English
  • Must have at least 6 months call center experience
  • Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
  • Must be amenable to work in VXI Quezon City, 100% onsite
  • For foreign nationals - must have eligibility to work in the Philippines
