Position Summary
The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customerโs shopping needs. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.
What you'll do
- Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
- Completes Back Office Setup including review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; confirmation of daily orders; identification of payment exceptions; identification of picks; determination of workload by commodity; assignment of CFAs; filling in staging whiteboards; setting up handhelds/printers for CFAs.
- Check email and AMP+ for action items.
