Lead the recruitment drive as a Campus Recruiter, energizing events across Michigan and Northern Ohio. Engage students and showcase culture to attract top talent through innovative recruitment strategies.
In this role, you will champion our firm’s brand by organizing career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs. You will inspire students through impactful presentations and guide candidates through the hiring process. Partnering with leaders will help forecast hiring needs and enhance recruiting strategies.
