Job Description | Campaign Manager - SFMC Location: Jasola, New Delhi Responsible for planning, execution, automation and optimization of customer communication across Email and mobile push notification channels. The role will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver personalized, timely and engaging customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Deployment Build, test, schedule and deploy email and push notification campaigns using SFMC Execute promotional, transactional, lifecycle, loyalty and customer engagement campaign Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Creative and Operations teams to execute campaigns accurately Manage and execute marketing campaigns within a multi-brand Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environment, ensuring proper brand hierarchy, data segregation, and governance under a single enterpr...
