Job Description/Roles
- Adjust and optimize machining programs for improving quality, lowering cost and for reducing machining time
- Read drawings and 3D models provided and prepare CNC programs for various types of machines (Vertical, Horizontal and 5 axis type)
- Use CAM programming software for preparing CNC programs for Dies and elements of dies (Sheet metal progressive dies)
- Prepare all types of necessary tool paths using CAM software (2D milling, 3D milling, multi-axis milling and plate machining) considering materials of parts
