We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as a Caller Intern!
Location: Ayer Keroh, Melaka
Internship Duration: 3 / 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Make outbound calls to customers/clients
ā¢ Follow up on customer inquiries and appointments
ā¢ Provide basic product or service information
ā¢ Maintain good communication with customers
ā¢ Update customer records and reports
Requirements:
ā¢ Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in any field
ā¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Confident in speaking over the phone
ā¢ Responsible and willing to learn
ā¢ Basic computer knowledge
