Job Description
Job Title – Call Centre Agent/Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speakers)
- Type – Outsourced
- Contract Duration – 6 Months Extendable - Immediate Joiners Only
- Work Location – Dubai
- Salary – AED 5000-AED 5500
- Working days & timings – 5-day work and standard hours
- Mandatory details/Skills – Customer Service, Calls, Problem-solving
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a must.
