At Pedro’s, our Call Centre Agents are the friendly voices behind every customer interaction. They handle incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, assist with inquiries, share information about our restaurant, menu, services, and policies, and most importantly, ensure that every order is accurately captured and submitted to the right store. Their goal is to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer, from call to collection.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu in term of what we are offering. Help customers by providing detailed descriptions of menu ,items and making recommendations
2. Take orders over the phone for delivery and collection. Accurately record the customers choices, special instructions, and coordinate it with the store
