Job Description:
Agents in the Solar Campaign will be offering solar panel services to homeowners. The core value proposition is helping customers significantly reduce their electricity bills through solar energy solutions. Additionally, the program is partially funded by the government, making it more appealing and easier to promote.
Probation Policy:
Agents must achieve a minimum of 3 appointments per day during the 3-day probation period.
Failing to meet this daily target results in an unpaid probation.
Only agents who meet the target consistently will be retained and paid for their probation period.
15K Net + 1.5K Transportation allowance + 25$ per each closed deal
