Position: Part-Time Call Center Representative
Location: In-office – Oakland, CA (near Alameda, CA)
Schedule: The schedule for this position includes day shifts as well as weekends and weekday evenings, with hours extending until 9:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
+ Handle a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls
+ Follow up with homeowners regarding remodeling inquiries
+ Schedule consultations and support our sales team
+ Maintain accurate records in our system
