OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR A LEADING GLOBAL SPECIALTY INSURANCE DISTRIBUTOR
FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT
HOURS OF OPERATION 8AM-8PM - YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A SHIFT INSIDE OF THESE HOURS - ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE FROM 8AM-8PM MONDAY - FRIDAY

Qualifications:
+ 1 year of call center experince or retail supervisor experience
+ Microsoft Office proficient
+ Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Ø Answers inbound calls involving questions leading regarding new policies and the service of
those policies
Ø Makes outbound calls to follow up on prospects, telemarketing calls and replies to service questions that involve research.
