IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED, START NEXT WEEK
OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST INSURANCE/RETIREMENT BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA
MONDAY - FRIDAY MUST BE FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 8AM-8PM (AN 8 HOUR SHIFT WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU INSIDE OF THOSE HOURS)
WHITE PLAINS, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)
$21/HR
Qualifications:
+ 1 year of call center customer service experience
+ Microsoft office proficient
+ Type 35 WPM
Responsibilities:
-Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
-Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
-Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
-Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
-Inbound phone calls

-High volume calls
