Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Customer Service Manager to lead a team of supervisors and drive performance across our customer service and sales operations. This fullโtime, onโsite role is at one of our physical contact center locations. The incumbent will manage 5โ10 supervisors, oversee inbound and outbound teams, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.
Responsibilities
Operations managers are responsible for dayโtoโday activity and development of 5โ10 supervisors within a complex call center environment. They ensure call quality, improve internal processes and results, conduct performance reviews, coach supervisors, and collaborate with site director and client account managers.
