Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Customer Service Manager to lead a team of supervisors and drive performance across our customer service and sales operations. This fullโ€‘time, onโ€‘site role is at one of our physical contact center locations. The incumbent will manage 5โ€‘10 supervisors, oversee inbound and outbound teams, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities

Operations managers are responsible for dayโ€‘toโ€‘day activity and development of 5โ€‘10 supervisors within a complex call center environment. They ensure call quality, improve internal processes and results, conduct performance reviews, coach supervisors, and collaborate with site director and client account managers.
