Job Description
**Overview**
Element has an opportunity for a **Calibration Technician I** to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining the calibration database, coordinating internal and external calibration activities, validating the compliance and adequacy of calibration services rendered, and performing basic metrology assignments.
Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE
**Responsibilities**
• Maintain accurate information in a calibration database of approximately 2,000 assets
• Effectively manage calibration deadlines
• Coordinate services with calibration vendors and internal calibration technicians
• Verify calibration certification data and initiate corrective actions for out of tolerance conditions
• Support calibration-related inquiries from lab personnel
• Perform non-complex calibrations (e.g. hand tools, timers, weights)
• Perform other related duties, as assigned by the Calibration Supervisor
