Job Description

Job Summary:

onsemi is looking for a QA/QC Engineer. It’s for an individual who managing and continuously improving the calibration and measurement system in conformance with the Quality System requirements and ensure ESD control across Shenzhen site conform to applicable international and industry standards and customer requirements. The individual must have strong organizational skills and understand (or be willing to train and learn) all calibration and ESD maintained on site. Strong people skills are a requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Calibration Laboratory daily activities.
  • Plans, implements and periodically reviews improvement actions to attain laboratory goals.
  • Performs calibration, adjustment and repair of the company’s calibration standards and shop-floor measuring equipment.
  • Designs and implements calibration system and process improvements. 
  • Write and revise calibration procedures
