Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced professional with end-to-end knowledge of NABL-accredited calibration laboratory operations and B2B sales. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete customer lifecycleโfrom lead generation and client acquisition to quotation preparation, calibration planning, service execution coordination, invoicing, collections, and customer retention. The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal, Pressure, Dimensional, and Process Instrument calibration services and possess a strong understanding of NABL requirements, calibration procedures, uncertainty concepts, and laboratory workflows.
