Job Summary: Our client in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Emission Benchmarking Engineer.

This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
- Investigate competitor vehicle's emission control system including evap systems and perform competitor benchmarking to evaluate emission performance.
- Investigate competitor's OBD systems through repair manual survey and/or vehicle evaluation.
- Rent and prepare competitor vehicles for benchmarking tests, including necessary modifications and instrumentation.
- Test preparation, data collection, data analysis, and technical report creation on a regular basis.
- Build successful relationships with benchmarking technician group, counter groups in Japan, and external labs.
