Job Description
Calibration Administrator
On siteΒ
Mon - Thurs 8:30am- 5:15pm
Friday 8am-12pm
Roles and Responsibilities
General administration duties including:
Processing customer in-house calibration orders through theΒ Laboratory
Processing customer sub-contracted calibration orders using Approved Suppliers
Raising internal requisitions for sub-contracted calibration services
Creation and processing of UKAS calibration certificates using Lab reported data
Maintaining Metrology orders withinΒ Information Management System (IMS)
Liaising with customers andΒ Logistics to ensure timely shipping of orders
Additional Support
You may be required to support with any relevant role across the site as required to cover staff holidays, absence and/or peak workload demands.

Experience and the ability to use the latest Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and other ...
