Drive improvements as a Full-Time Handy/Maintenance Technician with Edon in Calgary. Your hands-on expertise will keep our buildings safe and operational for all users.
This role is pivotal within Edon’s dedicated team, allowing you to support various maintenance requests across Calgary, Airdrie, and Cochrane. You’ll be empowered to tackle building maintenance independently, handling everything from carpentry to emergency fixes. Your work not only resolves issues but also enhances overall tenant satisfaction and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general maintenance tasks as needed
• Install and repair doors, moulding, and trim
• Address urgent service calls effectively
• Operate a variety of power tools daily
• Perform carpentry and furniture repairs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience
• Education: Grade 12 graduation
• Clean driver's license and travel capability
